We designed an enterprise app for Ford Otosan, published on the App Store and Google Play: a super app that brings white-collar and blue-collar employees together and manages internal processes in one place.

Bring factory and office employees onto the same platform, with news, events, tasks and rankings in a single app.

Enterprise app: App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android.

My Profile (Profilim), News (Haberler), Events (Etkinlik), My Tasks (Görevlerim) and My Score (Skorum).
News and menu.
The news feed is a space where employees grow closer through likes and comments. The side menu gets you to My Tasks, My Score, Events and Settings in one tap.
Score, events and profile.
The My Score screen shows weekly and monthly rankings, the Events screen shows the daily meeting flow, and the My Profile screen offers shortcuts to reporting, Idea Lab (Fikirhane), HR and other apps.
Eye-recognition login.
A secure, fast sign-in experience that uses an eye scan instead of a password.
Ford Otosanlılar compete.
A motivating experience built on a gamified leaderboard, where employees move up as they complete tasks.

Customer and field service.
On the commercial vehicle side, Ford works with Salesforce: Ford Pro's VIIZR field service tool is built on Salesforce Field Service.
Spare parts and supply chain.
The global service parts operation runs on SAP SPM: service parts planning (SPP), extended warehouse management (EWM), and commercial and financial processes (SAP CRM and ERP).
